Monitor dashboards and alerting systems (ELK, Prometheus), acknowledge alerts, and perform initial triage.
Handle routine operational tickets and assist in daily reliability tracking.
Trigger, monitor, and troubleshoot basic CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) under guidance.
Assist in routine maintenance of Linux servers and Docker containers.
Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
Continuously learn Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and Cloud Native practices.
