Frappe Full Stack Developer

We're hiring a developer who can take a clear specification and deliver production-ready code and who has the judgment to make good decisions when the spec doesn't cover every detail.

What You'll Do

• Build and extend custom Frappe apps, doctypes, server scripts, APIs, and workflows
• Implement frontend designs using Vue, Frappe UI, and Tailwind CSS, translating Figma mockups into pixel-accurate interfaces
• Customize ERPNext modules to meet product requirements
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Debug production issues and improve existing functionality

Requirements

Frappe and Python (required): You've built custom Frappe apps, worked with the ORM, understand the hooks system, and can navigate the codebase. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience. Strong Python fundamentals are essential.

JavaScript and Git: You understand the underlying principles - not just surface-level implementation.

Vue and modern CSS: You're proficient with Vue and Tailwind CSS. You can look at a Figma design and build it accurately.

English communication: Strong written and verbal English. This is essential for team collaboration, documentation, and effectively leveraging AI development tools.

Problem-solving approach: When you hit a blocker, you investigate and attempt solutions before escalating. When you do raise an issue, you bring context on what you've already tried.

Nice to Have

• Comfortable navigating Figma - extracting assets, inspecting styles, and referencing design specs.
