Laravel Developer Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated entry-level Laravel Developer to join our engineering team. You will work closely with senior developers, learn how we build and ship production-grade web applications, and gradually take ownership of features and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web application features
• Write clean, readable PHP and Laravel code following established team conventions
• Assist in building and maintaining frontend components using Blade, Tailwind CSS, InertiaJS and ReactJS
• Write and maintain basic feature tests using PEST
• Use Git for version control - branching, committing, and raising pull requests
• Debug and fix issues reported from staging or production environments

Required Skills

PHP / Laravel  - Any foundational exposure - academic, personal projects, or self-taught
HTML / CSS / JavaScript  - Solid fundamentals
Git  - Basic understanding of version control
Databases  - Basic understanding of SQL and how relational databases work

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Filament or any Laravel admin panel
• Basic understanding of REST APIs
• Familiarity with React or any frontend framework
• Any personal or academic projects built with Laravel
• Basic understanding of testing concepts
