About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our engineering team. You will work closely with developers and senior QA members to test web and mobile applications, identify bugs, and help ensure that what we ship meets a high standard of quality. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in real testing cycles from day one.
Responsibilities
- Test web and mobile application features against defined requirements and designs
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce
- Perform regression testing after bug fixes and new releases
- Assist in writing and maintaining test cases and test plans
- Verify UI consistency across different browsers and devices
- Collaborate with developers to clarify expected behaviour and confirm fixes
- Use Git basics to track and reference code changes when reporting issues

- Communication - Ability to clearly document and describe issues
- Basic Computer Skills - Comfortable navigating web and mobile applications
- Analytical Thinking - Ability to think through edge cases and unexpected user behaviour
Nice to Have
- Any exposure to manual or automated testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar
- Basic understanding of how web or mobile applications work
- Familiarity with Figma or design tools to compare implementation against design
- Basic understanding of SQL to assist in data verification
- Any personal or academic projects involving software testing
