About the Role
We are looking for a motivated entry-level React Native Developer to join our engineering team. You will work closely with senior developers, learn how we build and ship mobile applications using Expo, and gradually take ownership of features and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain mobile application screens and components using Expo and React Native
- Integrate with backend REST APIs
- Write clean, readable TypeScript following established team conventions
- Assist in maintaining consistent UI across iOS and Android
- Use Git for version control - branching, committing, and raising pull requests
- Debug and fix issues reported from staging or production environments
Required Skills
- React / React Native - Any foundational exposure - academic, personal projects, or self-taught
- JavaScript / TypeScript - Basic to foundational understanding
- HTML / CSS - Solid fundamentals
- Git - Basic understanding of version control
Nice to Have
- Any personal or academic mobile app projects
- Familiarity with Expo or any React Native framework
- Basic understanding of REST API integration
- Exposure to state management libraries such as Zustand or Redux
- Familiarity with Figma or any design tool
- Basic understanding of app deployment on the App Store or Google Play
